Where Learning Becomes Practice
At Stand, workshops are where ideas move from theory into lived experience. Reading, lectures, and discussion introduce powerful concepts. But real learning happens when those ideas are tested, debated, applied, and reflected on in community. Workshops are designed for exactly that purpose.
Each workshop is a guided, interactive session where members and participants engage directly with a topic alongside peers and facilitators. Rather than passively consuming information, participants actively work through questions, exercises, case studies, and collaborative discussions designed to deepen understanding and sharpen thinking.
This is where the biggest learning happens.
Public
Stand workshops are open to the broader community. Anyone can attend and experience the depth of conversation and exploration that defines the Stand learning environment. For many participants, workshops become their first introduction to the Stand community — and often the beginning of a much deeper learning journey.
Stand members receive 25% off all workshops.
Become An Edupreuner
Stand is built on the belief that meaningful education happens in community. Our workshops are led by practitioners, thinkers, and professionals who share their expertise through guided discussion and interactive learning. Mentors design and facilitate sessions on topics they know deeply, while Stand provides the platform, community, and support to bring their workshops to life. Mentors also participate in revenue share from workshop enrollments.

The Age of Thinking Machines
Nora Duncan
You didn't choose to live through an AI revolution. But here you are.
Every click, comment, dwell time, and reaction trains the AIs in your life. Algorithms curate what you see, amplify cognitive biases, and shape what you think (unsettling, right?) Most of us are blissfully unaware - we lack foundational knowledge on how AIs work, the extent to which they manipulate us, and their role in shaping society.
Over four weeks, your group will read Raising AI by De Kai and explore cognitive bias, information disorder, and AI ethics. Each week includes a short reflective project—identifying your own biases, tracing neginformation, auditing your AI use, and imagining daily life 20 years from now. Your final deliverable: a personal AI ethics statement and behavior audit documenting what you’re consciously teaching the machines you interact with every day.

Test Before You Invest
Marselo Sianez
Stop guessing. Start validating.
Employment instability, AI automation, and economic uncertainty make entrepreneurial skills essential insurance. You either never begin—paralyzed by overwhelm—or you waste enormous time and money building something nobody wants. You spend months building products before talking to a single potential customer.
Learn the Problem-First Framework: why most businesses fail (solving problems nobody has). Identify real problems people will pay to solve. Conduct customer discovery interviews without “selling.” Design and execute low-cost market validation experiments. Build a Minimum Viable Offer that tests assumptions quickly.

Lights, Camera, Impact
Ashley Conyers
Stop overthinking. Start publishing.
Every STAND course requires video, but most mentors face overwhelming barriers: camera anxiety preventing authentic delivery, hundreds of tool options creating decision paralysis, uncertainty about whether AI video generation serves or undermines teaching, and perfectionism preventing them from shipping content members need.
This program cuts through the noise with curated toolkit recommendations, systematic workflows for both traditional and AI-assisted video creation, and practical confidence-building that gets you creating and shipping videos that genuinely serve members—whether you love being on camera, prefer AI avatars, or want to combine both approaches strategically.

Change Is Social
Stop buying fixes. Start building community.
Americans face an epidemic of modifiable health risks—smoking, excessive drinking, overeating, screen addiction—yet most individual change attempts fail within weeks. Research shows accessible, evidence-backed support groups offer cost-effective solutions, but they’re under-promoted in profit-driven systems.
Understand the science of why individual approaches often fail and group processes succeed. Critically evaluate behavior change products. Find and assess support groups. Recognize cultural messaging that normalizes unhealthy behaviors.

Money Moves
Mirna Garcia Pearson
Stop pretending the old financial playbook still works.
You did everything "right." Got the degree, worked hard, hustled.
But somehow you're drowning in debt, priced out of housing, and watching retirement savings timelines that assume you started at 22 with no student loans. Meanwhile, influencers sell courses about passive income and your parents ask when you're buying a house—with what down payment?

Leading Learning Workshop
Michael Freedman
Stop waiting for someone else to lead. You're ready now.
STAND's structured 4-week workshops prove that peer-led learning creates transformation—but only if trained facilitators exist to lead them. This isn't generic facilitation theory. You'll practice leading actual STAND workshops using our complete materials. Become a confident STAND workshop facilitator through practice, feedback, and community support
