Privacy & Data Usage Policy
Last Revised July 25, 2025
Our Commitment to Your Privacy and Empowerment
At STAND Learning, we believe that privacy is fundamental to individual empowerment and democratic participation. This policy reflects our core values: growing individuals, increasing their capacity and power, and fostering authentic learning communities built on trust and transparency.
Our Privacy Philosophy
Your data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to deliver transformative learning experiences and help you measure your personal growth. We're transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. This approach reflects our commitment to treating you as an empowered individual, not just a data point.
Who We Are and What We Do
STAND Learning operates an online learning community on the Mighty Networks platform, serving two primary audiences:
-
Educators and education solopreneurs seeking to improve their teaching skills and build programs
-
Adult lifelong learners (18+) who want to become educated, empowered, and engaged in their personal, economic, and civic lives
We focus on personal transformation through synchronous, small-group learning experiences including workshops, Autonomous Learning Communities (ALCs), events, and The Lyceum programming.
